Return shipping costs

For standard returns (change of mind), return postage is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland, and most of Europe. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll check if we can fulfil your order.

Customs and import duties

For international orders outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Lost or delayed parcels
